This 3 day course will provide the fundamental knowledge & skills required to effectively interface laboratory instruments to SampleManager This course serves as an essential stepping stone to becoming a SampleManager expert with regards to instrument integration to your LIMS. WE will be delivering 4 hourly sessions between 08.30 and 12.30 (GMT) over 3 days.
Course Details
You will be introduced to the concepts behind SampleManager Data Integration used for interfacing SampleManager with various instruments. With robust examples, you will gain the knowledge to configure all the pieces necessary to establish connection, parse data and map results from instruments to SampleManager LIMS in an automated manner. This course is focused on integration with SampleManager and is recommended for advanced users and administrators.
